Marshall Jones Jr. is an author, teacher, musician, and life experimenter.
In his 20s, Marshall lived and traveled in four continents, exploring and teaching English, before moving back to the United States to start a family.
How To New Year developed from over a decade of experience researching, writing and speaking, and personally testing New Year practices.
His first published novel, The Virus, came out in 2020. His band, Hunchback Whale, released their album, Wish You Well, that same year.
Marshall has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Philosophy and a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies. He lives with his wife and three children in Louisville, KY.
